Another Strike Against McConnell's Nuclear Worker's Compensation TV Ad
In the Monday, June 2, 2008 edition of the "Southern Scene," a weekly mailer published by the Metropolis Planet, the Metropolis, Illinois weekly newspaper, an article appears on the front page entitled "Nuclear facility cancer case backlog is probed." The article concerns "a backlog of former workers at the Paducah gaseous diffusion plant who have been diagnosed with cancer."

First Timer's View of the KDP Convention
Last weekend's KDP Convention in Lexington was an interesting experience for this first-timer. We drove up Friday and attended the Jefferson-Jackson
fundraising dinner. While standing in line for our tickets I noticed some subtle maneuvering taking place.

People were feeling out the competition and trying to place themselves as the person to beat for things like Central Steering Committee and National Delegate.
