Kentuckians: Fatter, More Sedentary, Sicker in 2008

Kentucky health report card:
*a third of us get no exercise outside of our jobs.
*2/3 of us are overweight or obese (BMI of 25 or more)
25% of us have smoked at least 100 cigarettes and are still smoking
and
over 20% of residents of Appalachian counties report they are in poor health
