Democracy for America, headed up by former governor of Vermont Howard Dean, sent out an email blast supporting Dem candidates in Kentucky and Iowa.  Here's what they said about Rand Paul:
"...This is a guy so far outside the mainstream that he said the Civil Rights Act that ended segregation in the South was unfair to business and then criticized President Obama for being too tough on BP..."
