April 28th at 10:15 cdt will be the time for West Kentuckians to practice four life saving words when a killer quake strikes:

Drop. Cover. Hold On.

Then, on May 16th - 20th, over 2 million of us will get serious about preparing for the next Big One - that's what the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management is working on.
