Gov. Beshear has appointed the following members as City Councilpersons for the City of Water Valley in Graves County, to serve until the next general election: 

  • Ray K. McCord, of Water Valley, is a print shop manager for Letica Corp. 
  • Richard Bradley, of Water Valley, is a carpenter/welder for C & W Lumber Co.  
  • Chris L. Barnes, of Water Valley, is a parts sales employee for Hutson Inc.  
  • Jon W. True, of Water Valley, is a maintenance employee for Turner Holdings LLC.
