Overpass collapse kills Kentuckian in Cincinnati

An overpass collapsed in Cincinnati over the weekend shutting down southbound I-75 while chunks of concrete were cleared away. A Kentucky man, construction worker Brandon Carl, 35, of Augusta, was killed in the collapse. Another man was injured.
