Temporal Intelligence and Kentucky

Temporal intelligence is more than just mapping data in real time. It is the use of time geography that sets in off from other mainstream intelligence organizations.

Temporal intelligence is the ability to project current and recent past events into the future, along a proposed time line path. This is what I define as the art and science of Event Dynamics. Each event in time and space has its own particular energy field and register of force to the mainstream of current and future occurrences.

StatKy National Guard logoe planning in Kentucky has all but collapsed from any serious attempt to link state budget forces to local or regional realities of urban and rural problem solving. Kentucky planning has become bankrupt of its ability to engage futurists in preparing for temporal intelligence.

During the last actions of the Kentucky General Assembly, the members saw fit to kill its own forecasting agency, the Long Term Policy Research Center, for fear of having facts be delivered to them as they spent money to protect special interests.

The nation and progressive states are embracing the use of time as a new planning tool to anticipate the impacts of mega disasters. The only major group in Frankfort who are practicing temporal intelligence is the National Guard. They are the first in line to pull Kentucky out of most disasters. Now, they are rapidly planning on how to prepare Kentucky and it local units of government to think in “temporal geographical intelligence and preparedness’ terms.
