Midwest Flooding Reaching The Jackson Purchase

It was just a matter of time before the swollen upper Mississippi River waters came south to the tri-state area. Missouri, Illinois, and Kentucky will all high river banks. Missouri got slammed last summer and looks to get slammed again.
