Project Leadership Workshop for high school students registration available now


MURRAY, Ky. -- Murray State University will conduct its 6th Annual Project Leadership Workshop on campus Nov. 3. Project Leadership is an interactive leadership workshop led by MSU faculty and staff in conjunction with the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business and the office of recruitment.

The workshop, held in the Curris Center, will begin with registration from 8:30-9 a.m. Registration is $5 per student and includes lunch, a T-shirt and materials for the day. The first session will begin at 9 a. m. and the workshop will conclude at 2 p.m. Each school that registers more than 10 students will receive a $100 travel stipend from the office of recruitment.

In addition to the sessions offered for students, there will be an advisers' session.

The Bauernfeind College of Business will award several scholarships at Project Leadership. One $200 scholarship per school in attendance will be awarded. Also, scholarships will be awarded to first- ($200), second- ($100) and third- ($50) place winners of the essay and case study competitions.
