The Rumors of Her Exit are Exaggerated
This Saturday's Kentucky Executive Committee won't be as exciting as some seem to anticipate it being. Rumors that KDP Chair Jennifer Moore will resign or be ousted have been denied both in the Governor's office and by Moore herself.

Folks concerned about a fire fight at the Saturday meeting called the Governor's office and were told that the meeting was the regularly scheduled quarterly meeting.

I contacted Jennifer yesterday and asked if she was on her way out. This is her response.

"Saturday's meeting is our regular quarterly business meeting.  Under KDP by-laws, we are required to have at least one quarterly meeting.  Our last meeting was in September to prepare for the elections.  I scheduled the one for Saturday a month ago for election wrap-up and other committee business.  I have thoroughly enjoyed being vice-chair and chair of KDP for the past 18 months and continue to enjoy the position and serving the party."

Jennifer is a McCracken County native and she spent a good deal of time in West Kentucky working for Democratic candidates.
