Four Tilghman students chosen for Governor's School for the Arts | Paducah Tilghman High School, governor's school for the arts, Kentucky,

Tilghman juniors Katherine Peck and Mark Taylor and sophomores Jenna Price and Mason Romanak have been selected as participants for the 2019 Kentucky Governor's School for the Arts (GSA) program. Students auditioned for various art disciplines for the GSA program. Peck was chosen for Vocal Music, Soprano; Taylor was chosen for Musical Theater; Price was selected for Visual Arts; Romanak will attend in Instrumental Music, Double Bass.

Governor's School for the Arts provides hands-on arts opportunities for promising high school sophomores and juniors in nine different arts disciplines: Architecture & Design, Creative Writing, Dance, Drama, Instrumental Music, Musical Theater, Film & Photography, Visual Art and Vocal Music. The three-week program will be held at the University of Kentucky.
