PADUCAH, KY (April 30, 2009) - For the second time in more than a dozen years, there was a tie in the selection of the 2009 Teacher of the Year at West Kentucky Community & Technical College, college officials announced Thursday. The student body selected Don Maley and Dr. Kevin Gericke as teachers of the year from among 14 faculty members named.
