Lauren Adams of Channel 6 Paducah was in Clinton Monday reporting on a protest of the sewer rates in the town. Protesters say that the City Council is sitting on the Governor's grant of $730,000 rather than reducing the 133% of water usage charge that has been in place since 2007.
