General Heltzel brings earthquake preparedness workshops to West Kentucky

Murray, KY July 27, 2010:  General John Heltzel, Kentucky’s Emergency Management Director, and his staff are putting on the biggest emergency training workshop program ever in the state. And they are doing it in the twenty four counties of Western Kentucky in the New Madrid Earthquake Zone.

Heltzel was at Murray State University today to launch the program.
