FRANKFORT, Ky. – (Jan. 5, 2011) –Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet Secretary Leonard K. Peters has issued a Declaration of Public Nuisance officially declaring the Hemlock Woolly Adelgid (HWA) a public nuisance to Kentucky’s forests.
