SPECIAL GIFT FOR SPECIAL PERSON – Lowes Elementary first grader Natalie Baldwin was born without arms, due to Amelia Syndrome.

 “She is a very determined and independent young lady,” said her principal, Cheryl Goodman. “Her parents, Jason and Atoshia Baldwin, have reared her that way!  She is able to do whatever other students can do. If you don't believe that, just ask her!”
