The birthday ice cream cake said it best, “Happy Birthday Clean Water Act!”

That’s right.

Members of Murray State University, Great Rivers Group of the Kentucky Sierra Club and major water stakeholders of West Kentucky threw a birthday party to pay respect to the 40th year that President Richard M. Nixon signed the Clean Water Act of 1972.
