COURT RULES TO PROTECT KENTUCKY WATERWAYS FROM COAL POLLUTION

The Trimble County Generating Station, which began operation in 1990,made national news in February of this yearwhen its owner LG&E attempted to build a coal ash pond for waste from the plant near a cave believed to be part of the underground railroad.
