(Murray, KY – December 10, 2013) – When 150 West Kentuckians gathered in the Curris Center on MSU’s campus campus this Tuesday morning, they heard good and bad news from  statistician Ron Crouch, an exhortation from the Lt. Governor on tax policy and a report on an interstate that may or may not become the saving grace of West Kentucky. from Transportation Secretary Mike Hancock.
