Angie owns and operates Bella's Boutique, a shotgun store filled with blouses, dresses, leggings and jewelry. Irvin owns A Shear Blend, a full service barber and hairdresser's shop right next door.

The Kentucky Department of Education last week released the annual district report cards. Some districts in West Kentucky have ample reason to rejoice. None need despair.
