It's almost Halloween and he's back. Not Frankenstein or the Wolfman or even Freddy Krueger. It's Tom Barlow.

The nightmare of the Democratic Party is that Tom Barlow will run yet again for Congress. In the recurring dream, Barlow wins the Democratic primary for US Representative as he has three times in the past. Then he gets beaten by Ed Whitfield.

AGAIN.

Spotted at the Democratic Rally on Tuesday evening, Barlow took a minute to answer the question,"Are you going to run again?"

His answer was classic Tom Barlow. "We're lookin' good. Things are moving. Movin' movin'.."

Then he went back to grabbing hands and greeting voters.
