We talked to Heather this morning and she is - well - pumped. She gave out all of her cards at the KDP Convention and got lots of positive feedback and some campaign donations on the spot. Traffic at her website www.RyanforKentucky.com  jumped fivefold over the weekend.

Her shoestring campaign is a long way from beating 17 year incumbent Ed Whitfield. He has over a million dollars in the bank at the last report.  Ryan's red headed David seems to be finding the right stones to take down the Whitfield Goliath. Record gasoline prices are an issue that everyone who drives can understand.
