Hickman County Museum will sponsor a burgoo luncheon
Hickman County Historical Society - dedicating Waterfield room, hosting students and Rotary

Heritage Days kick off with dinners, displays, end with hymn sing, farmer & flea market

September 6-10th are Heritage Days in Hickman County. The week following Labor Day Weekend will be full of singin', talkin', tradin' and sellin'. It's all about being old-timey!

Events around the county seat of Clinton will commemorate the history, culture and legacy of the oldest county in the Jackson Purchase. Last year, the high point of the week was the Old Hymn Sing on Friday evening. This year, the Farmer and Flea Market will be held on the grounds of the Hickman County Courthouse.

Wednesday 7th noon: Rotary to Historical Society for lunch, dessert, program by Tom Bugg

1-2 pm 8th Grade Art Students to Museum Quilt Cottage for a lesson on elements of art

Thursday 8th 12 noon Kentucky Burgoo at Sr Citizens

(Senior Citizens and HC Museum/ Gordon Samples cooks) Veterans will be special guests.

Saturday 10th: Early AM opening Farm/Flea Market on Court Square
