While I'm powered down, skip over and hear Ivan's radio interview on WKMS which is apolitical. Despite the national wave for Democrats and Barack Obama, the Republicans did VERY WELL down here in the Purchase.  So...

Time to take a breath, crunch some numbers and do some thinking about how this happened, why this happened and what it will mean for the good citizens who voted for incumbents over challengers, statis over change.  Time to clean up the website, remove the "yard signs" and the political news that are so yesterday and generally get ready for the holidays, a short legislative session and a big, big inauguration in Washington.
