9/11/09 - Frankfort: Sources in Frankfort report that Amanda Ross, the former girlfriend of Steve Nunn, was found shot to death in her apartment either last night or this morning.  Nunn, a former legislator, son of former Governor Louie Nunn,  is rumored to being sought in connection with the death.
Nunn was suspended in February 2009 when Ross filed a domestic violence petition against him.  Nunn served as Deputy Secretary of the Cabinet. He resigned in March 2009.
 
These sources also report that the Cabinet for Human Resources Building is in lock down. When reached, Cabinet media officer Vikki Franklin refused to comment on either Nunn or security issues. 
At this writing, that's all we know.
