MURRAY, KY - The Purchase Area Writing Project is celebrating 25 years at Murray State University training teachers to become better writers and better teachers of writing. The event will be celebrated with a reception at the Curris Center ballroom on Thursday, Sept. 22 from 3:30-5 pm.

All former PAWP'ers, supporters and friends are invited to the reception to reminisce with former and present directors and teachers. The reception follows the PAWP Fall Conference on Sept. 22, and also held at the Curris Center at Murray State. The conference will be centered around the new core standards for Kentucky's students.
