Governor asks for emergency funding for Sherman Minton Bridge, reasonable policy on coal 

(Silly rabbit - you thought it was the 20% of Kentucky's children that live in poverty, didn't you??? )

Note to Governor Beshear - we are NOT going to dig ourselves out of a 19th century economy by relying on coal. It's not even yesterday's technology - it's yesteryear's technology.
