Graves High freshman chosen for CyberCave

CYBERCAVE ACADEMY – Graves County High School freshman Nicholas Wyatt has been selected to participate in the CyberCave Academy that takes place at Murray State University June 3-8.

He will be part of a group that explores a variety of technologies, including basic computer networking, wireless, global network security, network applications, computer media and satellite communication, voice over IP, and GPS.

The CyberCave is an interactive, hands-on laboratory that caters to high school students seeking to explore today's world of cutting edge technology. The CyberCave program is sponsored and delivered by faculty and staff from MSU's Program of Distinction in Telecommunications Systems Management.

Participants will stay in dormitories on campus throughout the week, providing a foretaste of college life.
