Rain Shower Wonders

By Katherine Glisson

Water is a wonderful thing
It’s almost used for everything
Plants use it for transpiration
And animals use it for respiration

It’s used for humans’ everyday
We use it to cook and to play

Water… crisp and clear

Runoff! (The stage)

By Frannie Hideg

Precipitation, Evaporation, Condensation,
But do you recall Runoff,
The very exclusively important stage?

Water falls back to earth
As precipitation,
Then it turns to Evaporation, a gas.
But lastly it condenses into a liquid,
But then Runoff happens…..

RUNOFF!!!

Keep Our Water Clean!

By Lily Holm

Have you seen some pollution
Floating down your nearest river?
It’s absolutely disturbing
It just makes me shiver!

We need to conserve
We need to filter
Please, oh please!
Keep our water clean!
