MURRAY, Ky. -- Women of all ages and in all walks of life are invited to take part in a day of discovery of the leader in them through "Leadership Launch" at the Murray State Paducah Regional Campus. This day of information and inspiration, set for Friday, Sept. 4, is for women who lead in their families, communities, businesses and the public sector. The event runs from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and will be held at the Crisp Center on the MSU Paducah campus located at 4430 Sunset Avenue.

The event is presented by Leadership Women and is co-sponsored by LG&E, KU, the MSU Women's Center, the Murray office of development and the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.

Participants will learn to enhance their leadership strengths, strategies for resilience, mindfulness to manage expectations and networking for lasting relationships. Additionally, they will hear from proven leaders in Paducah and the region about their own leaderships lessons.
