FRANKFORT, Jan. 8 -- House Committee on Elections, Constitutional Amendments, and Intergovernmental Affairs Chair Kenny Imes, R-Murray, presents HB 23, a bill proposing to amend Section 95 of the Constitution of Kentucky to move the election of statewide constitutional officers to even-numbered years starting in 2024.
