Clinton is asking the

Kentucky Public Service Commission

for a 50.8% rate increase.

THIS IS NOT A DONE DEAL!

We can defeat this request.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Use your own words to tell why this increase should not be allowed. No fancy legal language is needed!

2. Write the name of the case on your letter –

Water Service Corp., Case No. 2008-00563

3. Ask the Commission to come to Clinton to have a public hearing. Tell them why you can’t go to Frankfort – or why you think they should come here – or both.
