Hickman County Chamber wrote to the Kentucky Public Service Commission protesting the rate increase requested by Utilities, Inc. "During these difficult economic times, our chamber is working closely with businesses and industries to help keep them open and profitable. A 51 percent increase will make a significant difference in the profitability of many of our members.." Marla Pruitt, Chamber President in letter to the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
