Local author to attend Kentucky Book Fair
            Berry Craig of Mayfield has been invited to participate in the 28th annual Kentucky Book Fair in Frankfort on Nov. 7.
            Craig is the author of True Tales of Old-Time Kentucky Politics: Bombast, Bourbon and Burgoo, recently published by the History Press in Charleston, S.C.

Kentucky’s state Board of Education chose 2009 North Carolina superintendent of the year,  Dr. Terry Holliday as the new state superintendent of schools. Holliday most recently served as district superintendent in the Iredell-Statesville Schools system in North Carolina.
