 Phyllis Whitlock, Jack Langston, Dominique Harper, Jordan Akers, Lilly Kimbell, Howard Shields Clinton master gardeners Katie Beck, Phyliss Whitlock and Lilly Kimbell had help Thursday planting decorative barrels with lantana and hostas. Inmates from the Hickman County Jail and Clinton employee Jack Langston worked along side the gardeners.
It's all part of an effort to spruce up the town before the Spring Chicken Festival - but the flowers will last all summer as the inmates water and care for them. |
