Janie Miller Named Head of Health & Family Services

The Cabinet for Health and Family Services has a new Secretary and Deputy Secretary today. Janie Miller, 52, a former Medicaid director, was appointed Secretary of the Cabinet. Steve Nunn, former legislator from Glasgow, was named as Deputy Secretary. Nunn, a Republican, endorsed Beshear in the fall campaign. Nunn has been working as a physician recruiter for a hospital.
