Governor Beshear is contemplating calling a special session for the latter portion of June. The only subject (so far) is retirement law reform.

The Governor said Thursday that if the leaders of both Houses can agree, a short session will be convened to deal with state government retirement.

A bill addressing that issue passed the House, but didn't make it out of the Senate.
